Pricing

One price. Every job.
Every person in your office.

One monthly number, whatever you're building. Taking on another job, adding your bookkeeper, your superintendent or your client's project manager doesn't change what you pay.

Cordwyn
$500per month

Unlimited active jobs. Unlimited users. Every module included.

Everything that's included
  • Automatic cost intake: invoices, receipts and timesheets read off the document, matched to the job, coded to a cost class
  • Approval routing: by project and role, with holds, reasons, comment threads and an outstanding-by-approver tracker
  • Lien releases and compliance: all four California statutory forms, insurance and licence tracking, e-signature on contracts
  • Open-book client billing: invoices off the budget, your fee per contract, draw packages, and the client portal
  • The whole field and office set: daily logs, three kinds of timesheets, company cards and receipts, contracts, plan sets, fleet, assets, people
  • QuickBooks Online bridge: fills the bill form from an approved bill, and leaves Save to you
  • Audit trail with revert: append-only change capture, unusual-activity alerts, and data export whenever you ask
  • Onboarding and imports: your vendors, jobs, cost classes and history brought in with us, not billed as a project

No setup fee, ever

Importing your vendors, jobs, cost classes and history is part of onboarding, not a line item. Nobody quotes you an implementation project.

Cancel anytime

Month to month. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after you stop.

30 days, money back

Run a full billing cycle on it. If it hasn't earned its place by day 30, tell us and we refund the payment in full.

Multiple entities

Separate books for separate LLCs, your own AI provider keys, or a white-labeled client portal? That's a conversation, not a tier.

No surprises

Pricing questions

The details

Is there a free trial?

Better than a trial: the first 30 days are refundable in full. We start with a walkthrough on one of your own bills, then import your real vendors and jobs so you run a live billing cycle on real data. If it hasn't paid for itself by day 30, you get the payment back.

What happens when we take on more jobs?

Nothing. That's the point of a flat price. Two jobs or twenty, the invoice is the same, and closed jobs stay readable forever without counting toward anything. You should never have to think about what a job costs you before you take it on.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, cancel whenever, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after you stop. On top of that, the first 30 days are refundable in full if it hasn't earned its place.

Is this instead of QuickBooks, or on top of it?

On top of it. QuickBooks Online stays your general ledger and your accountant keeps working the way they already do. Cordwyn is where the cost gets read, coded, approved, released and billed to your client. That's the work QuickBooks was never built to do.

What does onboarding actually involve?

A list of your vendors, your jobs, your cost classes and, if you have them, historical bills. We import in batches so you can check a slice before the rest commits, then merge the duplicate vendors every real dataset arrives with. Most offices are coding live bills the same week.
