Pricing

$500 a month. Everyone in it, included.

One price for your company, whatever it does. Adding your bookkeeper, a manager or someone from outside to look at a bill doesn't change what you pay. Adding a company does: $200 for the second, $150 for each one after that.

Cordwyn
$500per month, your first company

Unlimited users. Every module included.

First company
$500
Second company
+ $200
Each company after that
+ $150

One company: $500 a month. Two: $700. Three: $850. Five: $1,150.

Everything that's included
  • Automatic intake: invoices, receipts and timesheets read off the document, coded from vendor history, and flagged rather than guessed when it isn't sure
  • Approval routing: by role, with holds, reasons, comment threads and an outstanding-by-approver tracker
  • Company cards and receipts: transactions matched to scanned receipts, unmatched ones listed before month end
  • Hand-off to your books: approved bills go to the accounting system you already use, and a person still posts them
  • Records and risk: audit trail with revert, fraud queue, document library, Ask your own data, roles and access
  • People and HR: pay history, time off and benefits, advances, the desktop time tracker, assets and shared logins
  • Every industry module: all 22, from bids, daily logs, plan sets and draws for construction to an online store, proposals and billable hours, timesheets and payroll, fleet and invoicing. See them by industry
  • Onboarding and imports: each company's vendors, categories and history brought in with us, not billed as a project

No setup fee, ever

Importing each company's vendors, categories and history is part of onboarding, not a line item. Nobody quotes you an implementation project.

Cancel anytime

Month to month. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after you stop.

30 days, money back

Run a full billing cycle on it. If it hasn't earned its place by day 30, tell us and we refund the payment in full.

Companies come and go

A second company adds $200 a month, and each one after that adds $150. That's the only thing that changes the price.

The details

Is there a free trial?

Better than a trial: the first 30 days are refundable in full. We start with a walkthrough on one of your own bills, then import your real vendors so you run a live billing cycle on real data. If it hasn't paid for itself by day 30, you get the payment back.

What happens when we add a company?

It's set up on its own, with its own vendors, people, documents and approvals, and the bill goes up by $200 for your second company, or $150 for your third and every one after. Nothing else changes. Inside a company there's still nothing to count: two projects or twenty, three users or thirty, the price is the same.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, cancel whenever, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after you stop. On top of that, the first 30 days are refundable in full if it hasn't earned its place.

Is this instead of our accounting system, or on top of it?

On top of it. The accounting system you already use stays your general ledger, and your accountant keeps working the way they already do. Cordwyn is where the cost gets read, coded, approved and handed to that system. We add accounting connections as our customers need them.

What does onboarding actually involve?

For each company: a list of its vendors, its categories and, if you have them, historical bills. We import in batches so you can check a slice before the rest commits, then merge the duplicate vendors every real dataset arrives with. Most offices are coding live bills the same week.
